Yes, you have heard about water over and over and over.  

This week let's try something new.  


While what you typically drink (coffee, chai, tea, etc.) is brewing, fill a small 4-6 oz cup with warm tap water and a slice of squeezed lemon.  Drink it before anything else.  Wakes up the liver, hydrates, readies.  


Try is and see how YOU feel.  Does it work for YOU?

I am grateful for so many things.  


I wish I was that person who kept a daily journal of their gratitude, but that habit has never stuck for me.  So this week let’s try another way - every evening while brushing your teeth think about 3 things you are grateful for.  Try not to repeat any each day.  That’s it, just brush your teeth + 3 gratitudes.

Your days are busy and no month is busier than December.  We are doing our day job, planning for holidays and in many businesses are closing out the year.  But could you spare 5 minutes…3 times a day?  This week let’s try moving for 5 minutes after each meal.  That doesn’t have to mean a power exercise class, it could be unloading the dishwasher, doing jumping jacks by your desk, walking to and from the mailbox a few times.  Move, breathe. Try is and see how YOU feel.  Does it work for YOU?

When do you get ideas?  I bet its not when someone tells you to think of an idea.  Sparks happen from seeing an image, getting asked a questions differently, being on a walk, reading an article.  Sparks can be fueled.  That's why I created Spark moments to ignite those Sparks when you're ready.
